Shopify is a great eCommerce platform, very user-friendly and collaborative. There’s a support team that helps out with all the struggles and difficulties that you face. Shopify is very straight forward and easy to handle. It is just enough to sign up and the party starts. That’s not the best scenario whenever you start creating from scratch and selling, apparently with no experience. It takes ages to learn eCommerce and not getting a profit immediately or never while learning. So basically Shopify’s hands-on experience is paid as you learn while doing it.
I highly recommend Shopify to anyone having some money to burn and is really searching for hands-on experience. But for the people who get exhausted by paying those plans with no ROI (return on investment), I would rather recommend to :

WooCommerce is an open-source, free platform and the only one expense (for a basic website) is domain and hosting. The platform develops every single day and there’s plenty of supportive forums and groups to gain knowledge from.
If you’d like to migrate you should be aware that this is not an easy task, apparently if you have never dealt before with WordPress and WooCommerce, but it is still doable and if you need help, please use the contact form of this website.

How to approach it?
Back up your website with an app (Shopify) or plugin (WooCommerce).

If you do not want to change the domain you have to change the nameservers (DNS) to point to your hosting.

Follow this order step by step and cautiously: Cart2Cart page – Admin Panel – Applications -Manage Private Applications – Create a new private application – Enter name – Allow Read and Write all parameters – Click Save – copy the password back on Cart2Cart wizard.
MIGRATE PRINT ON DEMAND PRODUCTS
Fortunately when you do Print on Demand and your apps such as Printify and Printful the migration is really straight forward. The only one thing you should be concerned about is set up a new website on WordPress and then installing the plugins there. The migration occurs by syncing through the website accounts. So, in your website accounts it will appear 2 similar stores (one on Shopify and second on WooCommerce), so what you need to do is to sync the products from the first to the second. There’s no need to use and additional plugin.
