Role & Candidate Profile:

A self-motivated and career-oriented candidate with a passion for sales and financial markets who is ready to start a career in financial markets with great opportunities for growth and career advancement. 
The successful applicant will join the sales management team by supporting both existing and prospective clients globally via phone, email and live chat. Developing a strong relationship with our marketing team will also be important to ensure all campaigns are cutting edge in the market.    
The purpose of this position is to develop strong relationships with clients and reach sales targets ensuring a high level of service. This is not cold calling.    

Key responsibilities:

The appointed Account manager will have the following challenging tasks:
Review pending account applications and leads and ensure they are being contacted

Provide client support including technical, operational and basic trading 

Complete the number of daily calls and reach assigned sales targets
Proactively contacting clients primarily via phone calls, emails, and LiveChat

Provide ideas and feedback on a range of marketing campaigns across social media, display advertising, affiliates and more in their respective region

Work with our digital marketing team to ensure content on-site is fulfilling client needs

Responding to client queries relating to account management and trading

Responding to incoming inquiries from clients via email, live chat, and telephone in a timely and professional manner

Provide assistance in implementing new procedures and processes  

  In respect of the ideal candidate profile:

    •  High spoken and written level of English language skills
    • Second language (German, French, Italian, Spanish) would be a great advantage
    •  Experience using MT4 / MT5 platform, FOREX, CFD and trading knowledge a must
        Proven sales experience and industry background
    •   Strong commercial skills and target orientation
    •   High level of energy, drive, and enthusiasm
    •   Self-motivated to continuously expand skills and professional knowledge
    •   Ability to work in a high pressure, fast-moving and challenging environment
    •   Professional attitude, good organizational and planning skills
    •   Good communication and persuasive skills, both written and verbal

    •   The expected fix remuneration is about 1900-2200 leva net per month + additional performance bonus.
